First time visiting D-Bat. First credit was a waste as a 1/3 of the 15 balls couldn't reach the plate (slowpitch soft ball 10 ft). Second credit went better when I changed to 12ft. On my way out I made comment to the front desk guy. He says " Well you should have let us know". Never did he offer a credit refund nor did he ask for the lane number. I leave I couldn't stop thinking how awful his response was. Essentially it sounds like the only way to know if any of their lanes are out of adjustment is for the customers to try and then report. I can appreciate the response that you have several pitching machines that pitch X number of balls and so some machines need adjustments, but not at the cost of the customers. This policy sucks and smells bad

Incredible facility, well stocked shop, friendly and helpful front desk, and I highly recommend Colton DeRocher. Patient & very knowledgeable. It's a solid drive for me so I may not purchase a membership but I will definitely be back for additional hitting lessons and cage usage. I will refer teammates & friends.

Disorganized. The kids working at the front seemed more focused on chatting than making sure customers were having a good experience. The heat inside the batting cages was unbearable, and when we mentioned it, the receptionist claimed the AC was on, which clearly did not seem to be the case.

Poor experience. Not sure why all these good reviews, either bots (not enough though for that to be realistic) or the more likely scenario many are affiliated people submitting them, because they do not align with our experience at all with the staff (poor communications, rude and misleading), facilities (machines down, messy), and my kids did not enjoy the camps frankly. It’s the first time they’ve participated in a camp they did not enjoy, which really surprised me as it’s uncharacteristic. Wish this business the best, and for those who claim they are so great, which is surprising to hear, more power to them, but we won’t be back and cannot recommend this business. As an addendum, I went and reviewed all the reviews for this place after initially submitting the review above. I have no doubt the business will respond as they have done with other negative reviews. I think that’s defensive and not sure what it will accomplish. I hope they turn things around but if not I hope others with similar experiences share their thoughts. They can say and argue what they want in response to my post, but my experience was just not good and that’s what I’ve reported. I think the place is

I went to see my son practicing. I was impressed with how clean the place is. The young man at the entrance was very welcoming and nice. My son loves this place and now I understand why. There were only two more families. I don't know if it is because restrictions because COVID-19 or just because of the time we went. It was round 4pm. I would recommend this place.
